AD TYPES & ONLINE ORDER FORMS:

In-Print Natural Awakenings Directory — Your business will be easily found by your customers using this very popular advertising section, with companies and individuals organized by the CATEGORIES they belong in (like Acupuncture or Massage Therapy)! Ask about the Aquamarine Package.

Online Premium Business Directory — Your business will easily be able to customize your message and mission by featuring a video, including unlimited images and much more!

In-Print Display Ad — Your business message can be seen in ad sizes like a 1/4-page, half-page, or full page. Effective ads can be professionally designed with your content for maximum impact. Contact us for more information.

Display Ad Design Services — Our Graphic Department can Design a Display Ad for your business. Fee is based on ad size.  It may include the selection of an image for your ad. Our service includes emailing you a proof to review and approve, or if necessary, provide an additional three proofs to get the colors, and text fonts just right! Additional proofs with modifications or variations are $35 each.

Online Specials/Offers — Your online Business Directory Listing can used to easily promote special offers to our online readers & may be mentioned in our e-newsletters. For website members only. New members, use this link to Sign-In for free.

In-Print Classifieds Advertising  — Have something to sell or have a room to rent? Classifieds are placed in the magazine between the Calendar section and the Directory section toward the back of the magazine. Classifieds are purchased for a minimum of three months at a time and include up to 15 words for $90.

Calendar Advertising — Place your Calendar Notice In-Print and/or online. For website members only. New members, use this link to Sign-In for free.

The following are types of Calendar items available:

  • Online Calendar Event (free to our members - Order through your Online Business Directory Listing to use additional time-saving benefits available only to our members.
  • Date Specific Events.
  • Mark Your Calendar (highlight your special event, or for events costing more than $49 to participate). Send us the wording, and we'll send you a proof of your custom-designed Mark Your Calendar ad prior to press.
  • Ongoing In-Print Calendars Your business event, like Tuesday evening classes, can easily be listed in our Ongoing Calendar section under a day of the week you choose.

Distribution Schedule, Submission Due Date and Time:
Our monthly issues are scheduled to be distributed by the first of the month, reaching the many many locations throughout Palm Beach County. For Advertising placement and Content Submissions  — the due date is by 5:00 PM on the 10th of the month before publication.  We highly recommend submitting advertising earlier to provide ample time to address any adjustments that may be suggested by our department experts.

Advertising Agreements / Corporate Policy:

Pricing:  Monthly prices (rates) listed are per issue/per market and based on consecutive month placement. 

Credit card auto-charges & auto-renewals: First payment may be charged the day of order (the month before publication). Subsequent credit/debit card auto-charges — Broward advertisers are charged on the 10th and Palm Beach County advertisers are charged on the 11th, unless pre-approved for another date. Charge confirmations will appear on your card statement and email confirmations are sent, if a valid email address is provided. Agreements are renewed automatically and will be based on the rates in force at the time of renewal. To cancel renewal, kindly notify us in writing at least one month before the end of your agreement term.

Layout/Design Charge: Should ads come in at the last minute and adjustments need to be made to submitted ads, like correcting the ad size to conform to our requirements, fixing of typos, or other changes, there is a minimum adjustment charge of $35. 

Early Cancellation Policy: To cancel an agreement publisher must receive a written notice (email [email protected]) from the advertiser. The final authorized charge to close the account in good standing will include “unearned discounts” for each month the ad was published plus an administrative fee of 25% of the one month, non-discounted rate. The unearned discount is calculated as the difference between the one month non-discounted rate and the discounted rate the advertiser was paying. Should this become a collection problem, the advertiser will assume all reasonable costs of collection, including, but not limited to court costs, interest, and legal fees.  

Breached Agreement: Breached Agreement i.e. in the event the advertiser is in breach of the Agreement, the publisher shall charge the advertiser as per the "Early Cancellation Policy" and thereafter the Agreement will be deemed to be null and void with the advertiser in good standing.
