Invite your Clients/Customers to Write a Review.
Reach out to your customers and clients to submit a review for your online Listing. When a review is submitted, your listing will replace the words "No Reviews Yet" with up to FIVE GOLD STARS (based on how the Reviewer rated your business and services!
A SHORT Q&A OR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Who can submit a review? Reviews must be generated and submitted by individuals. An alternative to having Reviews available would be to add a Link Out to a page on your website where Testimonials reside. As an option, there is a box you can check to HIDE the "Reviews." This feature is available for both the Express or Premium Listings.
How can a Review be Featured at the top of the list? You can feature reviews and these will show above the others and when displayed across the site in various places.
Express plans do have reviews but only the most recent three will show on the listing. They do not have the extra options for reviews as the Premium plan does.
Can I hide the Reviews? At any time, the listing owner or manager can choose to HIDE reviews.
Can we reply to the reviewer?
With a Premium Listing you have the ability to reply to reviews. Responses to Reviews can be very helpful. We suggest for upgraded listings to leave a response to any negative reviews. (Express plans cannot respond to reviews)
What can I do to remove an untrue review?
If you receive a review that appears untrue and may be considered inappropriate for this forum, you may email us to request in having that particular review be removed. If it's deemed spam-like or otherwise offensive or fraudulent it could be removed. We cannot guarantee removal, however, you can elect to HIDE all reviews until some time in the future.

Online there are numerous websites that provide suggestions on how to reply to negative reviews. A few basic concepts are listed below.
A) Acknowledge the review/comment.
B) Address the issue.
C) Consider how to compensate, if appropriate.
D) Invite further discussion offline.
Can I hide the "No Reviews Yet / REVIEWS" as an option? Yes, with either an Express (free) or Premium Listing you can choose to either show reviews or disable the REVIEW feature at anytime. Reviews can be turned back on if desired at a time in the future.
