How to Update Your COVID-19 Status

1. Log in to Your Account
   • Log in to your Natural Awakenings account
   • Click "Manage", then "Businesses"
2. Find COVID-19 Alerts
   • Click "COVID-19 Alerts" in the left menu
3. Choose Your Status
   • Use the dropdown menu to pick your business status
     
   • Options include: Open, Closed Temporarily, Modified Hours, etc.
4. Write a Short Update
   • Add a brief message (up to 240 characters)
     
   • Include important information like:
     • Safety rules
     • Changes to your services
     • Special hours
     • Any other COVID-related updates
5. Save Your Changes
   • Click the blue "Save" button
