Grief and loss are hard. When you add the complexity of LGBTQ+ or other types of relationships, there can be additional issues that can complicate your grief journey. If this sounds familiar to you, consider joining the Grief and Loss Support Group that will be held at The Pride Center at Equality Park. This secular support group will assist you in finding the care and support you need. You will learn ways to cope with the losses in your life. And you can know that you will be in a safe LGBTQ+ and all-welcoming environment with others moving through a similar experience. You do not have to be alone in your journey of grief and loss. Registration is required. Attendees must have a screening interview prior to attending to ensure this group is able to provide the support you need and safe for all attendees (no walk-ins).
