Join us for our FREE Reiki Circle plus Sound Bath! A Reiki circle is a gathering of individuals who come to receive healing energy from Reiki masters and practitioners through the practice of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Participants typically sit or lay creating a harmonious energy flow. The circle often begins with a brief meditation to center and ground the participants, followed by the channeling of Reiki energy through the practitioners’ hands. The collective energy in the circle enhances the effectiveness of the healing experience, creating a sense of unity and interconnectedness among the participants. It is a space where positive intentions, compassion, and healing vibrations are shared to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We have also added aSound Bath element to the Reiki Circle to help enhance the energetic flow. This includes various crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments. It is open to beginners as well as advanced reiki clients. We will also offer a different activity that coincides with the theme of that day's circle. Our Reiki Circles align with the full/new moon so check the schdule for specific dates. All of our Reiki Circles start at 6:30pm at The Pride Center.
