EMERGE is a somatic journey for mothers who are ready to meet themselves again.

If you are a mother who feels ready to reconnect with herself — not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who she has always been — EMERGE was created for you.

This will be a somatic healing journey where nervous system science meets spirit through embodied reflection and practice. As a mother myself, this program was deeply shaped by my own experience of loving my child while learning how to find myself again within that transformation. I created a semi private group, open to only 10 mothers so as to foster a space where vulnerability does not have to feel like the biggest hurdle in the journey towards finding yourself again.

The intention for EMERGE is not just that you feel supported during these eight weeks, but that you leave with a deeper connection to your body, clearer language for your needs, and practical regulation tools you can carry into your daily life — whether it be into your parenting, your relationships, or overall sense of self. This program was created for any woman, in any stage of motherhood, who has felt lost in her own becoming.

The series unfolds over eight weeks, moving through a carefully designed arc of release, restoration, and reintegration. Each session builds upon the last, creating steadiness and trust within the group while gently expanding your capacity to stay present with yourself.

This is not about pushing transformation. It is about allowing it — slowly, safely, and together.

Motherhood didn’t take you away from yourself. It cracked you open. Step fully into who you’ve always been becoming, because rediscovery does not have an expiration date.
