As an Integrative Wellness Specialist, her private practice incorporates fitness advising, balanced food programs, individual, family, couples therapy, and postpartum counseling for new moms & dads. In addition, she offers specialized groups such as Nature Connection (utilizing all senses to centralize awareness in the environment) and Minds of Mothers Support Network (MOMs Network).

Elizabeth is an active member and a PMAD (Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders) counselor through Postpartum International.
